Personal data processing

I (hereinafter, the “Subject”), acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the Limited Liability Partnership “Privet iz afriki”, BIN 230540030948 (hereinafter, the “Partnership”), my specific, informed and conscious consent to the collection and processing of my personal data, and also confirm that I have read the Privacy Policy posted on the Partnership’s official website on the Internet at: https://privetizafriki.com  

This Consent applies to the following personal data:

• surname, first name, patronymic;
• email address;
• mobile phone number (messenger username).

This Consent is given for the performance of any actions in relation to my personal data that are necessary to achieve the purposes specified below, including: collection, accumulation, storage, modification, supplementation, use, distribution, depersonalization, blocking, destruction, cross-border transfer to the territory of foreign states that ensure the protection of personal data, as well as the performance of any other actions with my personal data in compliance with the requirements of the applicable legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

I give consent to the processing of Personal Data for the following purposes:

• fulfilling the Partnership’s obligations to me and communicating with me, including sending notifications, requests and informational messages for the purpose of providing services, sending emails and using other means of sending and receiving information by phone or email, and processing inquiries and requests from me;
• providing me with technical support for products and services;
• assessing and improving the quality of services and of the Partnership’s work, developing new services and promoting services;
• statistical and marketing research, including research concerning the Partnership’s work;
• conducting marketing activities and sending advertising messages and offers to personal data subjects to take part in special promotions and events.

This consent is given without limitation of its period of validity, but for no longer than is provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan or required for the purposes of the collection and processing of personal data carried out by the Partnership.

I may withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data at any time during its period of validity by sending a letter with a written request to that effect to the Partnership’s postal address: Kazakhstan, Almaty Region, Konaev, Microdistrict 2, Building 24, Apartment 1, marked “Request regarding personal data”, or by sending an email to the Partnership’s email address: privetizafriki@outlook.com  marked in the same way.

In all other respects, the Operator and the Users are guided by the Privacy Policy, the Offer and the applicable rules of law.
