The team says your text, dances to your track and holds up a photo or your logo on a chalkboard in the video. We film on the day of your order, and the finished file arrives as soon as 2 hours after payment, in MP4 format.
Corporate greetings usually look alike: a mass email with a picture, a card in the group chat, a montage of stock clips set to neutral music. People scroll past them. A hello from the equator is impossible to scroll past.
Real people on camera. No AI, deepfakes, auto-generation or green screen: the photo is printed, the board message is written by hand in chalk, and the brand name is said out loud. That’s why the video greeting becomes a conversation starter, not a box ticked on the HR plan.
One video covers the whole list. The 40–60 second video is shown at an all-hands meeting, sent by email and posted in the work chat. Since 2021, we’ve filmed over 45,000 videos, including orders from companies.

One video greeting for everyone instead of a card with signatures: department names and people’s names are said out loud.
Builder’s Day, Medical Worker’s Day, Accountant’s Day — occasions that rarely get more than a post in the chat.
The video greeting goes out as an email attachment and is remembered better than a standard mailing.
An even-toned message, addressing them formally by first name and patronymic, a calm track and no jokes about personal topics.
The number on the board, the logo next to it and an all-hands meeting with a projector.
One video covers the office party instead of a dozen separate messages.
Choose a team and a package, write your message and the chalkboard text, and attach a photo or logo and a link to the track. No sign-up needed.
For legal entities, we work under a contract and provide accounting documents. We work with registered legal entities in Russia and Kazakhstan under a public offer agreement.
We film on the day of your order, and the finished file arrives as soon as 2 hours after payment — by email, Telegram or WhatsApp.
For a meeting or mailing date, it’s best to order ahead: you’ll have time to approve the text on your side. If the video doesn’t match your brief, we’ll reshoot it — you have 24 hours from receiving the video to ask for changes.
The packages differ in what goes into the video and how many teams you can choose from. Start, for $24, is a short greeting for a coworker. For work purposes, people most often choose Hit, for $63: it adds a logo or photo on camera, a chalkboard message and your music. Premium, for $95, works well for a mailing to partners. King from $113 is put together for a company anniversary: your own script and the entire catalog.
Want to try the format first? Take Start. Want photos in the frame and your own track? Most people choose Hit. Need advanced editing options for business tasks? Go with Premium.
The final price is calculated at checkout: some options are paid separately.

“Happy New Year”
“We’re in business”
“Happy Builder’s Day, guys”
“Thank you for the year”
“Target met”
“Pal Palych, happy milestone birthday from the team”
“See you in the new year”
“Accounting, you’re our heroes”
Put the brand name at the start: it’s what people read first. Anything that doesn’t fit on the line goes into the spoken message — that allows up to 75 characters.
We take responsibility for the result — we film on the day of your order, support you at every stage and resolve any issues properly.
For the full terms, see “Our guarantees”.

We accept payment from any country — you choose the method at the last step of checkout.
A video greeting for a company is filmed for a specific task, not a ready-made template with your name swapped in. We need three things from you: the text, a photo or logo, and a link to the music. With these, you get a 40–60 second corporate video delivered as an MP4 file. After that, it can live anywhere inside the company: on the screen in a meeting room, as an email attachment, as a post in the work chat.
A holiday video greeting for employees is the most common scenario. One message instead of a card with twenty signatures: department names are said out loud, and the brand name is on the board. The second scenario is partners and clients: the video goes out as an attachment in a mailing and holds attention longer than an email with a picture. The third is a company anniversary, where the corporate video is shown on a projector at an all-hands meeting.
Professional holidays are a separate story. Builder’s Day, Medical Worker’s Day and Accountant’s Day usually get just a post in the chat, and against that background a video from Africa stands out far more.
A message of up to 75 characters, a board text of up to 60 and one image are enough. You don’t need to send photos or videos from your events: the video is made from scratch, and we don’t use footage from past company parties. Send the music as a track that can be played on YouTube or RuTube.
Your request goes to the team on the day you place it. We film in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, while Pyramid Drummers and Desert Caravan work in Egypt — at the pyramids and in the desert. The guys learn the name and the text, print the image and write the board message by hand in chalk. The filming is live: no AI, deepfakes, auto-generation or green screen. Every team member officially works with the project and is paid above the average rate in their region.
We work with companies under a contract and provide accounting documents. We work with registered legal entities in Russia and Kazakhstan under a public offer agreement. Company details and terms are in the public offer on our website.
When you need several videos — one for employees and another for partners — a cumulative discount applies: 10% off the second order and 15% off the third and every one after that.
You’re free to show the finished video inside the company and send it to employees and partners. Using the video in advertising requires our approval. We also post your video only with your permission, and we don’t share customer data with third parties.
If the task is advertising from the start — promoting a product, a special offer or an event invitation — that’s a related service of ours, “Business, Africa style.” We looked at how these videos win an audience’s attention in our article about banner blindness.
A corporate video greeting is less forgiving than a greeting for a buddy. Employees, management and partners will see it, so we don’t take on jokes about personal topics or double meanings — or profanity in texts and songs. The formula that works: the name, the occasion, one specific thank-you. Address the boss formally, by first name and patronymic, and keep the music calm, with no harsh tracks.
The cost of a corporate video is made up of the package and options. The base price is set by the package: $24 for Start, $63 for Hit, $95 for Premium and from $113 for King. After that, you pay only for what you add yourself: extra A4 photos — from $5, video editing with titles and an intro — $14, a second camera angle — $45, a longer video — $40, a large 1×1 m photo — $45. The total is calculated at checkout.
We film on the day of your order, and the file arrives as soon as 2 hours after payment. The “Express” option for $15 moves your order to the front of the queue. In practice, the bottleneck isn’t the filming but getting the text approved internally, so it’s best to leave at least a couple of days before the date. There’s one exception: the large 1×1 m photo takes up to three days to print and can’t be combined with Express.
The team says the text in English, or in Russian on request; we don’t promise other languages. A logo and photo on camera are available from the Hit package, and a drawing or logo on the board from Premium. The length of a corporate video is fixed at 40–60 seconds: it’s a greeting, not a corporate film.

We usually make it: we film on the day of your order, and the finished file arrives as soon as 2 hours after payment. The “Express” option for $15 moves your order to the front of the queue. Still, it’s best to leave a couple of days to spare for getting the text approved internally.
Yes. A logo or drawing goes on the chalkboard from the Premium package, and the team holds up an image on camera starting with Hit.
Only with our approval. Inside the company — showing it at a meeting, sending it to employees and partners — there are no restrictions. For advertising, we have a separate service, “Business, Africa style,” with different terms.
Yes: 10% off the second order and 15% off the third and every one after that. Each video is still put together separately, with its own text, its own team and its own chalkboard message.
In English, or in Russian on request. You’ll hear an accent, so the team says the brand name and the main phrase clearly — and it’s best to keep the text short.
If the video doesn’t match your brief, we’ll reshoot it. You can ask for changes within 24 hours after you receive the file; quality is overseen by a dedicated control team.
Yes, we’ll refund you. If the order falls through because of us, or we’ve agreed to cancel it, you get your money back in full: under our public offer (Kazakhstan), we review refund requests within 10 business days.
Yes, real people. Every video is made by real people, with no AI, deepfakes, auto-generation or green screen. The image is printed, and the board message is written by hand in chalk. You can see it in the footage: the wind, the sand, natural light and the guys’ genuine reaction to the name they say.
